I watched as they pulled up the invoice and MSRP pricing in the computer system. I had another offer for $500 over invoice from a competitor and they spec'd it in front of me to verify the info that I had been told, and in turn told them. We agreed to $400 over invoice because they didn't want to lose my business. So, I have the invoice sheet with my pricing on it.
