Or, upload a pic to the Gallery on this site, using Irfanview
to compress image. Once in the Galley, go to Sig Edit,
and simply C&P that image from the Galley into your Sig.

I just changed mine...takes about 2 mins total even for this
very low tech ol' idiot, lol!
