Sounds like a beauty.. I too find myself staring. I have to admit, there is a certain "something" that diamonds do have. So there is nothing wrong with you Kevin. I am guessing though, you also have that strange feeling, where did my $$$ go?? There is no engine, fine movement, day or date complication?? What the hell do these things do.
-- What's worse is, now every time I watch tv and see a football player or rapper, etc. wearing bling, I find myself guessing the stats of the stone.
At the very least though, it would seem that diamonds are an appreciating asset, not like handbags and shoes

. Not that they are to be sold like a commodity. Hopefully they will stay on the finger forever. But at least in theory, they should go up in value.
