New orleans pre-Katrina was about 500k in population. But you have Kenner, Metairie, St. Bernard, Covington, Mandeville, Slidell, Jefferson Parish, Gretna, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, Morgan City, Houma.... get my point. Thats like you not counting the evacuations in Escondito, and other cities that comprise the affected areas. I'm not trying to get in a pissing contest, I do not want you to under or over state the facts.

Oh, I fully agree, The poor people we're fully to blame for ruining the city, but they are still part of the city, but they we're to blame for acting like savages
