What do you mean? I do not understand the comment. Are you saying that the poor people ruined the city? Did I understand that correctly? If so, how so? So all of the poor people were acting like savages? If that is what you meant, you did not agree with me, kind sir.

But you just explained the difference between the response in New Orleans and SD area. Economics. Who cares about the po' folks, they only ruin the city anyways, right?

Anyway, this thread was in regards to the devistation in California, not the comaprison between it and Hurricane Katrina (NOLA). Unless you insist, i will end my debate on this issue.
