If the vehicle is truly a 2002 with the original lights (none changed out in an accident or anything) then stick with the OEM lights and buy a set of DDI PPI from someplace like um nitza and get them to refer you to a local installer if you don't want to do it yourself. MUCH better look than the ones I've seen on ebay IMHO.
As for ipod intergration..depends on the set up of the car/nav or non-nav and few other specifics but otherwise take your pick. Visit the folks at EAS and I am sure they can point you in MULITPLE right directions!
