There are some search functions and organizational enhancements which are different than XP. I really enjoy the visual enhancments...They alone make the upgrade worthwhile.
With every upgrade there is a learning curve and figuring out the new system takes time (time is money). That is why I considered Apple in the first place...If I need to spend time on a new operating system that seems like the best time to change to another platform.
