to see all dealer listed CPO X5's in the USA. Take this listing with you the when you negotiate! Lots of 2004 4.4's CPO's around $33-$34K and under.
Lots of things included on the 4.4 that are extra on the 3.0's. for example leather interior, xenons, self-leveling. You can pick them off the 2004 pricing guide on the home page of this site.
