You can do one of two ways.
Register your production code on owners circle website
http://oc.bmwusa.com/
or keep calling 800-831-1117 and keep checking the status over the phone.
From what I hear owners circle is slightly behind, but in my experience its just right, although over the phone you can get more info, but they will never give you specific information on when the car will be put on the truck to be shipped.
