That is not really true - he likes the M5 and M6 - he has reviewed them both for his DVDs and for Top Gear - should be no shortage of the clips on youtube.

In general I think people give him a lot less respect than they should. His view of motoring is about the X-factor, as he calls it. If Clarkson was to leave a legacy behind (besides his hilarious grumpy rants) it would be to drive cars that excite you!

Him ranting about a car instead of just ignoring it is not a bad thing. It means it is exciting him - which is what it is all about. I, personnaly, hate mustangs and corvettes - but i would rather be caught dead in either of those than alive in VW Jetta or a minivan. Twisted logic, but there is a point in there
