News Flash...It is called an endorsement, meaning Pat Robertson came out with his decision on who he will be supporting for President. This does not mean Rudy supports or endorses Pat Robertson.

Now you might say he did not need to be present at a press conference if he wanted to distance himself from Pat and his radical views and that would be a legitimate beef. That said, you also need to keep in mind that 30% of the Republican party is made up of Conservative Christians and any realistic chance of victory on the Republican ticket will need support from this demographic.

Honestly, endorsements don't carry much weight with me. I'd rather look at a persons actions and accomplishments to make a decision. That is why I ignore all the voter pamphlets on election day.
