Ah, that wasn't my point. I'm not talking exclusivity--though I personally see more Astons than Ferraris. Of course, Bentleys are the most popular.

But I mean straight performance. Every car in Ferrari's lineup is the best-driving car in its class, no questions asked. And that's what I want. Their sexy looks (besides the ungainly 612) are just an added bonus. On the other hand, Astons are all about looks... and THEN the performance is added in so that they can jack the price up.

And you want to know a secret? The DB9 is slower than the V8 Vantage... and $60,000 more expensive.

Porsches are like less-expensive Ferraris. The focus is on performance, and the styling comes later, though all of their sports cars are beautiful. I don't care if they don't change much; they don't need to. The only way a 911 could be considered "rational" is in the presence of a Ferrari (or R8, or Lamborghini...).
