Could you please explain "likely the relay issue is the problem"?
There were two relays that came with the module that the installer did not use since the instructions did not seem to indicate to dop so. Where and how should they have been used?
We did try contacting you a couple of times. There was no answer on both numbers and I left a message (a week ago) that was never returned.
