We did try contacting you a couple of times. There was no answer on both numbers and I left a message (a week ago) that was never returned.
I have no VMs concerning this type of install - feel free to contact me directly by phone or email. A relay must be used on the camera power lead for activation - otherwise, the same behavior you are describing will likely be present.
