Yes, but just think....if we stop spending so much money on welfare for the poor lazy people (the part of that red 6% sliver below that's not for education -- the "social services" part), then we would have no problems at all.
In fact, if we were to cut all those little unimportant parts on the left side and just keep the big blue part on the right, then we could probably even balance the budget!
