FYI folks, I am sure a number of you have iPods either in the Beemer or for personal use or maybe someone you know has one, anyway time is running out for the Battery claim lawsuit. If you're not in by September 30th kiss your claims goodbye, its worth $25 cash or $50 in an Apple store your choice. Its good on all 1st, 2nd and most 3rd Gen iPods.
