Of course...force every one to live in fear of things you have no capacity to control.

I wonder what people would say if for 4 years Bushy boy had proclaimed we live in fear and spend tons of money on the EPA.....and funded oil companies for better solutions to fuel...I'm SURE people would have claimed it was over spent...
