ARGH, I'M CONFUSED.

1) what does the 'accurate' picture of the style 177 look like?
2) i have run flat's on my 20" summer tires that came with car. but i do not need to get run flats for 18" snow tires, right? why would i? so i was looking at the Bridgestone Blizzak's.
