Went to run for 3 hours, my last long run in my marathon training program. Doing the Honolulu Marathon on December 9.

Came home, the CEO asked me to start setting up the Christmas lights, I said yes, took a shower, ate lunch, and took a nap for 2 hours. Just woke up actually and there is no way I'm doing anything else today. The darned Christmas lights can wait till next weekend.

For now I'm just enjoying catching up with everybody here at our xoutpost.com
