The nice thing about the BMW cable is that you get both connections in a single cable. so how does the Dice cradle work if you still need to plug something into the headset port in order to get sound?
from what you said it sounds like it's one cable with dual tips (one for the bottom of the unit, and the other for the top for sound)
does anyone have pics of the BMW provided cables for the iPOD??
