my only wonderment is why 20s for "winter"?

Why not 20s you love for non-winter and 19s or,
18s for those couple-three months? Otoh, not
knowing where you live or where you might wander
to in the winter, maybe rent a weekend Jeep or...
jes' wondering out loud. 20s with snows for "winter",
replacing wheels, part-time, seems odd. But WTFDIK, lol!
