Hard to know, as even the weather Xperts bs and guess, but not knowing
your day to day driving situ, but "knowing" Brooklyn and DaCity fairly well,
I would think you could almost skip the winter tars. Finding 20s, in winter
tread, will cost and...the mount/unmount for the summer switcheroo will be hell on the rims unless you have a dainty fingered Houdini for a tire guy, imo.

I hope knives/utensils and ingredients shopping isn't this obsessive for you, .
