Looks like that was probably in Saudi to me - the way those guys drive when they visit Dubai it's hardly suprising to see a wreck like that. I quite often get overtaken on the hard shoulder if you're sat in the slow lane in traffic or they go round the outside when you're in the fast lane - unbelievable until you've seen it!!
