dark black or blue suit nothing to fancy but well put together. White or blue shirt. Firm handshake, look him in the eye. Make sure you do research on Aetna's sales organization, their pitch and talk a damn good game. Exude confidence if not cockiness. It's sales after all and brokers, customers after listening to 20-30 sales guys from different companies come in and sell them, they can sense weakness. Get your story straight. No ummm's, buts, etc. Short and to the point and if I were you, listen to what they have to say but answer the question and with conviction.
Sales guys whether they'd be inside sales or outside reps who don't listen will not make their numbers and will be out after 1 qtr. He will also probably ask you the same questions but phrased differently so make sure your answers are consistent. Bottom line, market yourself and differentiate why you are better than the next 5 guys he's gonna interview.
