Good luck suing BMW. They are pitbulls when it comes to legal matters. I won $15,000 from my local dealer and BMW North America. My dumb ass lawyer forgot to include BMW Financial in the suit and now they are after me and ruining my credit. Our agreement is that he fix the situation or be sued for malpractice and general stupidity. BMWNA did not have a leg to stand on but they delayed and just generally beat the shit out of my lawyer. And he specializes in this very specific field.
