I don't know how things are in your state, but here in NY the DMV offers a much much better experience than the local Chase or Citibank. Those bank tellers are just one notch below the person who helps you at McDonalds. Bank tellers here is NY make less money than WalMart employees.
I've tried using about a dozen local banks for my business accounts, and I still can't find one that consistantly gets things right.
Each month I have at least a dozen problems that require me to go and meet with the branch manager. The tellers are assistant managers are simply clueless.
