I've tried using about a dozen local banks for my business accounts, and I still can't find one that consistantly gets things right.
Each month I have at least a dozen problems that require me to go and meet with the branch manager. The tellers are assistant managers are simply clueless.

No in MD it is not that way, the DMV is a endless loop of bueracracy in which you pay more and more for worse and worse service. I would rather spend my day in a bank then the DMV, and I go through cars every 6-12 months so I'm there a couple times a year. They are a joke.
