Going into purchase my first BMW (X5) next week. Can someone tell me the difference between Napa and Nevada Leather seating. And if you have a prefference?

Also any ideas the best way to get the 20" rims on the 3.0. Is this a dealer option? I didn't think these rims could be added at dealer.
