I'm in northern burbs too. I had a mildly good buying experience at Knauz. Service there is not great at all, IMO. They don't do walk ins, and are always busy and slow. Buying at Fields is a joke, but great service at convenient location. They are skilled, quick, and drop a loaner at my house and take mine in for service. I do walk-ins all the time. (they are also under construction now, making it bigger). I had the best buying experience at Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. Good luck! See you around!
