I can't say for sure but a good approach might be based on a lack of identity argument. The cameras are usually pretty good but it might not show you very well. Another approach is to attack the foundation of the photograph and its introduction as evidence against you. BUT... most traffic hearing officers have been trained on all this and agencies/cities have covered this angle. I don't know much about this stuff. I'm just thinking out loud. I don't get speeding tickets.

As for the invasion of privacy thing, it's a loser. If you're out in public where anyone can see you or take your picture, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy, and your vehicle is considered a public place.
