Seems as if it's a model made for overseas markets. So any warranty it may have would probably not be recognized by Panisonic. But who the hell puts in warranty claims for an electric razor anyway. I say if you got a good deal on it, then use it and enjoy it. If you paid a regular "average" price, then return it and instead order a model with a warranty.
