My personal feeling is that the one copy you buy has been paid for and you should be able to give it away for free if you want.

I wonder if all those New York city bums should be paying royalties on the bottles/cans they collect and return at 5 cents a piece. Hey, those guys are profiting on it at least! (insert sarcasm smiley here)
