Not bad deals. However, I put $7600 down on my 2008 4.8i (of which $6000 was MSDs...ie refundable) and my payment is $858/month for 3 years/36000. I have the same options except no 3rd row, and no CA. I do have auto tailgate, running boards, plus 20's and my MSRP was right at yours.... Just for comparison.
