Yeah, it definitely holds up well, as long as you remember you're seeing a stage play, so things will be slightly different than they are in the film. The dialog is the same, so you'll be able to look forward to your favorite scenes. The sets are great, the actor's timing was spot-on, and the songs only add to the fun. It's a hoot. Leave it to Mel Brooks to do something like this.
Think of the film: The scene with
"Put the candle BACK!!!" plays even better on stage than it did in the film. You're gonna love it.
