Ok, I might as well explain here.
I've been on 4 cruises in the past 6 or so years. I liked Royal Caribbean overall the best, I went on the Serenade which was a nice ship. I wouldn't dare go on Carnival. I also went on Celebrity, it was just ok. I took Holland America's Noordam (a new ship) from Seattle to Alaska.

It is fairly good for all age groups, older folks won't have a problem. Ship was nicely decorated, but I had a problem with the very low ceilings, it made it feel claustrophobic. Very nice decks though. I spent most my time out there.
