It has happened to me before....I started the X and was just sitting inside, waiting for it to warm up a little...I realized a minute later that the revs were jumping...I was not touching the pedal...I got scared at first but I turned the X off and started it after 5 mins....It has not happened since then...It happened when the X had about 1000 miles on it...it now has 15000 miles on it.....I cant help you much but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone..
