AT&T does not offer the HTC6800 - the cnet review link you posted is the HTC8925. Those are two similar, but very different HTC phones; the HTC6800 Mogul and the HTC8925 Kaiser/Tilt. The 6800 is CDMA for Verizon/Alltel/Qwest/Sprint and the 8925 is GSM for AT&T. The 6800 is about four months older than the 8925(by FCC approval date). Lots of small details are different, but the main difference is the 8925's screen tilts when you slide the keyboard out - hence the AT&T name for the phone.

My personal favorite HTC "smart phone" is the now discontinued 3125 Star Trek. As I posted above, AT&T has a very rapid product cycle.
