I would say it's at the VPC "Vehicle preparation center". All cars are taken off the ship and sent here. They get the chemical taken off that coats the car to keep the salt water from damaging the vehicle.

Then the car gets trucked to the dealer for PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) and then to the consumer.
