Eric5273 you have to realize what is going on. The gov't is paying kids to go to school. How crazy is that? The gov't is paying kids to do something that they should be doing in the first place. When you start paying people to do things that they should be doing where do you draw the line? Do you pay the homeless guy to work? Do you pay the drug addict for every clean drug test? Do you pay fat people to stop eating McDonalds? Do you pay parents to be good to their kids? These kids are going to be rewarded in the longrun for going to school and getting good grades why do tax payers have to pay them right now also?

In Atlanta they are paying kids to go to after hours tutoring. With no tests to show improvement many of these kids will simply show up and punch a clock without learning anything just to get paid. That is crazy.
