To this extent. People should stop preaching "personal responsibility" and start taking it. For those who refuse (meaning irresponsible parents) then make them pay. I don't care how it's done but some parental financial arm twisting ought to take place against parents who don't do their job. And if they are not capable because of education or other issues then mandatory parental child training classes should be given to them which they can pay for over time, or they can work it off cleaning the Graffitti off of the personal property of their neighbors rather than sit at home watching Oprah.
Sounds harsh??? Maybe but I bet they'll get up off their lazy behinds and stop making excuses for teachers, school system, the government, tv, video games, then internet, and every other excuse they have for not getting the job done..
