Definitely South Beach if you want to go out all night and see lots of hawtness (enhanced and not).

Ocean drive/Collins Ave/Lincoln Road have enough bars, clubs, and restaurants to keep you in trouble.

Delano hotel is not a bad place for a night cocktail and Nikki beach not bad for after the beach.
