the high beam and low beam are connected together inside so u have to pull it towards you so it goes into the connector. I have the same headlights and once its loose, you might not be able to adjust it using the knob. Its just a simple fix but do it gently.

I have already tried to pull it for put the ball into the connector, however, it was failed.
should i put this headlight in an oven to take it apart? --;;
