Sounds like that part of the headlight was weak or defective to begin with. Contact the ebay vendor, and if there is no reply soon, contact ebay dispute center. You need to return them. Unless you really abused it, I would return them for a refund or get a replacement. Just my opinion, given the information here cho4002.
