No one has touched this side but my indy did the other side last year. All I did was peal back the large end of the inner boot to see what is behind it and this oily fluid poured out..about 1/2 quart. I guess its differential fluid but I haven't touched the tulip element. The assembly is still fully in place but ready to be removed....I stopped when the fluid poured out because i dont remember reading anything about it pouring out. Sos i was hoping that urs did the same thing but I guess not...Sooo??? Are u doing the right, passenger side too?
