Hi guys,
I just bought an MK4.
when I tried to upgrade from v26 to v29.1 I ran the whole process and at the end, it ejected the CD but I could not press the OK button to finish, as the whole system stuck.
I waited for a few minutes, but nothing.
I then turned off and on the ignition and it came to a blue menu screen (perhaps like version 1) where I couldn't press any buttons.

Does anyone know what I can do now?
