Unfortunately, I think Saddle Brown is available only in Nevada leather. That's the way it's priced (Nappa costs more IIRC), and that's the way it shows up on BMW Deutschland. Your assumption #2 is correct. Gray headliner is standard model, Anthracite is sport model.

Beige is the only color with a beige lower dash. Gray has a gray lower dash. Everything else is black. If you want to see it, go to the BMW UK or DE website and use their configurator. Theirs is far more detailed and will change the color of the dash/headliner correctly. Heck, if you add options, it'll add buttons on the dash too!
