This reminds me of a friend of mine who had a lady sign her house over to him because she couldn't sell it and couldn't afford it any longer. Months later she won the lottery and came back to him and put $40K back down on the same house in an attempt to buy it back. She ended up defaulting on their agreement within 6 months and she moved out.

But of course it wasn't her fault!!!!

Why is it nowadays it is other peoples' fault that someone is STUPID!!!!
