Are u talking about the Treaty of Versailles? The treaty undermined the german economy and led to political unrest... The resulting unemployment and high inflation diminshed the middle class...These circumstances led young men to believe in the nazi party... the nazi party eventually ran the economy as well...
The Treaty of Versailles is an extensive document.. the following link is an interesting read and shows how little the americans(usa) contributed to WW1 in terms of loss of life
