Hey guys/gals - I remembered reading this and I thought I do a "search." Wagner I used the seach window.

I am looking at upgrading my DSLR camera and since, there are a lot of photographers in the board. My birthday is coming up and I usually get something for myself.

Question: What are your thoughts between the Canon 40D vs Nikon D80?

I do take lots of sports/activity and water feature (waterfalls, rivers, surfing, and kite surfing). Thanks in advance and appreciate all y'alls thoughts and suggestions.
