Hi,
this is actually a friends car not mine
. However as I know the folks pretty well who've done the work on his and my car (and many others
) I can tell you it would probably take 3-4 days for building and fitting the box. Now if there'd be sufficient interest they could of course build a mold they can use to speed up the build process. The box will provide enough airspace for the JL sub and it actually sounds pretty good. Now if you want to go all the way out you could consider a 12" (like I did) but this will require more extensive custom work ....
